In addition device has beam receivers which are mounted on platform and are located in three base points which are not located on same line. Information which is output by emitters and receivers provides six-position structure for l coordinates. In addition device has six drives which are mounted as described above. Said drives also provide six- position structure with l coordinates. In addition device has control unit and unit for detection of measuring signals and calculation of control actions. Corresponding information inputs of detection unit are connected to outputs of corresponding beam receivers; synchronization inputs of detection unit are joined to inputs for starting emitters and receivers and are connected to outputs of control unit. Outputs of detection unit are connected to control inputs of corresponding drives. EFFECT: increased reliability, increased precision and speed of control. 2 dwg
