FIELD: in everyday life and in transport facilities for warming-up of food and water boiling. SUBSTANCE: the device for preparation of food has a body with twinned walls and heat insulation between them, heating elements, working, drain and discharge valves and a handle. The novelty in the device is the fact that the heating element is secured close to the external side of the body internal wall by means of a clip conjugate to the external surface of the heating element and external side of the body internal wall; the discharge and drain valves are made in the form of a combined valve installed near the handle; all valves are installed in such a way that their inlets are arranged above the food or water surface; a protective element, whose surface is inclined relative to the device vertical axis, is available between the valve inlets and food or beverage surface.
