FIELD: methods and devices for manufacture of stretchable curtains for windows. SUBSTANCE: method includes feed of continuous material to which at least two strips are applied of adhesive in longitudinal direction of continuous web along trajectory of feed, cutting of continuous web into strips of needed length in the process of its feed, acceleration of each cutoff strip after its cutting off during its passing from cutter to stacker, reception of cutoff strip in stacker where cutoff strip is piled onto preliminarily laid strip before arriving of the next cutoff strip and fastening of each strip by means of two adhesive strips to preliminarily piled strip in stacker. The device has means for supply of continuous material web having two strips of adhesive applied to it in longitudinal direction, cutter for separation of continuous web into strips of preset length and stacker for reception and piling of cutoff strips by laying on preliminarily piles strips. Device also has means for feed of continuous web through cutter which is located near the path of feed and accelerator located after the cutter for acceleration of cutoff strips.
