FIELD: consumer's goods. SUBSTANCE: curtain has blades made from fabric and glued between two sheets made from light-transmitting material so that relative movement of sheets in direction perpendicular to longitudinal axis of blades changes blade positional angle and, as a result, regulates rate of light transmitted through curtain. Blades are glued to light-transmitting sheets so that sheets are deflected together to the position preventing light from passage through curtain. Method involves applying glue to blades in linear direction to provide uniform appearance of ready article; feeding glued layers of light-transmitting sheets and blades between belts above heating surfaces and cooling at constant tension and pressing force. Such method allows constant temperature-dimension ratio to be kept during heating of curtain layers without occurrence of creases or deformation of fabric. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality and appearance of article during the whole service life. 39 cl, 14 dwg
