FIELD: heavier-than-air flying vehicles used as transport for carrying large-sized heavy cargoes as external stores. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has nacelle 1 with control propeller 2, landing gear 4, control system and support 5 with thrust bearing; aerostatic envelope filled with lighter-than-air gas; envelope is made in the form of disc consisting of upper section 8 and lower section with edges secured over perimeter of rigid hollow torus 10 of spacer device which is connected with guide holder by means of radial members; arranged in guide holder along axis of rotation of flexible envelope is bellows of flexible envelope volume control mechanism whose end faces are engageable with inner surfaces of upper section 8 and lower section of envelope. Rigid hollow torus 10 has brackets 18 for mounting traction engines 19 of flexible envelope rotation drive; fuel tanks of traction engines are located in hollow rigid torus 10.
