FIELD: air transport; designing of combination flying vehicles for performance of construction and erection jobs and transportation of large-sized and heavy cargoes. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has disk-shaped aerostatic casing consisting of gas-tight upper and lower envelopes secured on hollow rigid torus whose radial members are connected with holder embracing the bellows of volume changing mechanism connected in its turn with pressure source. Cavity of casing is divided by means of diaphragm into compartment for lighter-than-air gas bottles and thermal ballasting compartment. Mounted on spacer device is drive for rotation of casing made in form of Segner's wheel; load-bearing rotor of casing has horizontal blades with vertical vanes on their free tips. Secured on torus by means of longitudinal rigid members of adjustable length is support with thrust bearing whose one side is secured on nacelle which is provided with control propeller, landing gear and cruse engines which are connected with Sehner's wheel through telescopic collector by means of flexible guide nozzles swivel in vertical plane. EFFECT: increase of payload, load ratio and reduction of specific fuel consumption. 3 cl, 8 dwg
