FIELD: mechanical engineering; material handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: hopper has housing 1 with upper charging port 2 and lower port with discharge branch pipe 3, inclined bottom 4 and material loosener installed on bottom. Loosener has at least two hollow sections hinge connected to each other, auger 6 hinge-connected by connecting rod 5, and roller 11 for engagement with lower section. Hollow sections are provided with L-shaped hinge-connected pins 10. Device has mechanism to provide forced oscillating of L-shaped pins 10. Each of above indicated mechanisms consists of flexible tie-rod arranged in section space and mechanically coupled with L-shaped pins 10, and support rollers, each being installed at different sides of flexible tie-rod. Ends of flexible tie-rod are secured on side walls of hopper housing 1 and are arranged with displacement relative to each other in plane of movement of section through value equal to amplitude of its oscillation. One end of flexible tie-rod in place of its attachment to housing side wall is provided with tensioning device and is spring-loaded. provision of mechanical coupling of flexible tie-rod with L-shaped pins ensures stable angular oscillations at reciprocating of hollow sections. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation of device at reloading owing to smoothing out of proportional delivery of material to discharge branch pipe and improved loosening of material. 2 cl, 5 dwg
