SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for reloading of materials into processing plants and sets. Proposed feeder has hopper with discharge chute, belt conveyor with head drum 3 and tension drum mounted under discharge chute, and protective hood 8 with intake duct 9 enclosing the conveyor. Screw 11 is installed on drive shaft 10 over head drum of conveyor in zone of material falling down. Screw is furnished with axial displacement mechanism. Shaft 10 of screw is connected with output guide 12 of axial displacement mechanism mechanically coupled with pin 12 of planet pinion 14 whose shaft is connected with carrier 15. planet pinion 14 is in meshing with fixed gear wheel 16, and carrier 15 is secured by one end in bearing support of housing and by other end is coupled through connecting rod 17 with crank 18 secured on end of drive shaft of screw axial displacement mechanism. Crank 18 is displaced relative to axis of carrier 15.

EFFECT: provision of uniform delivery of loose material.
