SUBSTANCE: sighting device uses series- connected sighting mark brightness variation unit 7, whose first input is connected to the output of power source 3 and the second input - to the third output of layer's control panel 19, low-pass filter 11 and adder 10, whose output is connected to the second input of sighting mark lighting unit 9, series-connected periodic signal generator 4, whose input is connected to the fourth output of the layer's control panel, periodic signal frequency control unit 1, whose second input is connected to the fifth output of the layer's control panel, periodic signal amplitude control unit 2, whose second input is connected to the sixth output of the layer's control panel, and the third input - to the second output of sighting mark brightness variation unit 7, limiting unit 5, whose second input is connected to the seventh output of the layer's control panel, and periodic signal filter 6, whose second input is connected to the second output of the periodic signal frequency control unit, and the output - to the second input of the adder. Provision is also made for light filter selection and installation unit 14, and series-connected scale variation unit 8, whose input is connected to the first output of the periodic signal frequency control unit, drive and light filter unit, whose second and third inputs are connected to the outputs of sighting mark lighting unit 9 and light filter selection and installation unit 14, respectively, and the output - to the second input of sighting mark formation unit 16.
