FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: power supply, a brightness measuring unit, an adder, a low-pass filter, a viewing index illuminating unit, a light filter unit and a unit for forming the viewing index, a periodic signal generator with a signal adjustment unit and a frequency sensor, an information and control unit, a periodic signal amplitude sensor, amplitude and frequency indicators, and first and second control units are connected in series. The first inputs of the turn-on unit and the scaling unit are connected to the fourth output of the operator control panel. The output of the second adder is connected to the input of the optical forming system. The second input of the scaling unit is connected to the second output of the switch, and the output of the scaling unit is connected to the input of the second adder.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the system for evaluating the state of operators and high accuracy thereof when viewing moving objects.
