SUBSTANCE: system has pressure creating accumulating vessel positioned above area to be irrigated in its head part, water-distributing chute with conveyance hose provided with branch pipes through which metering washers and flow rate meters are connected with siphons, hydraulically controlled valves with hydraulic time relay providing cyclic metering of solutions. Branch pipes of conveyance hose are connected with siphons in their vacuum gage cavities.
