FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises guide element which is arranged on substrate and is made in form of non-closed helical cylindrical spiral, axial line of which forms non-closed spatial spiral-like curve, such as ellipsodally shaped curve. Apparatus comprises element intended to control energy effect intensity and made in form of closed circuit, possibly, oval, position of which is variable in relation to guide element. Substrate can carry chemical elements possessing biologically energetic activity. To evaluate efficiency of apparatus, BAT parameter measurements according to Fall procedure are conducted before exerting energy effect, and upon expiration of 1, 24 and 48 hours after exposure of biological object. For each measurement deviation from normal value is determined, normal value being equal to 50-2 units of instrument scale. Evaluation criterion, expressed in deviation percentage after exposure, is introduced in relation to deviation percentage before exposure. Difference must not exceed 40%. EFFECT: it is possible to restore energy state of biological object, since disturbances in energy state lead to various diseases. 7 cl, 3 dwg
