FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: centrifugal mill has two bodies 1 arranged in one plane and connected therebetween by a tangential channel 2. The side walls of the tangential channel 2 converge in the plane of centrifugal mill symmetry at the angle from 120-150°. In each body 1 there is a rotor 4 configured for rotation in the direction of a corresponding channel outlet, on which acceleration blades 5 are fixed and curved in the direction of rotation of the rotor 4. The height of each acceleration blade 5 is greater than 2dmax, where dmax is maximum particle size of loaded material. In the tangential channel 2 there is a discharge pipe 7 which is equidistant from rotation axis of the rotors 4. There are loading branch pipes 8 in each body 1 for feeding material to be ground and arranged on an arc of a circle equal to 50…280°, and a radius of 1/4…3/4 of the radius of the rotor 4. There are vertical rectilinear ribs 9 rigidly fixed on the upper plane of each rotor 4, the height of which equals (0.1… 0.2)dmax. At the lower end of each loading branch pipe 8 there is an inclined cut at the angle of 45° the side opposite to the rotation of the corresponding rotor 4. Each acceleration blade 5 and rectilinear rib 9 have a cut corresponding to the profile of loading branch pipe 8 provided with a technological gap. A rectilinear step 6 is rigidly connected to each acceleration blade 5, the height of which equals the height of the rectilinear ribs 9. The rectilinear step 6 is in the form of a segment with a chord connecting the extreme points of the acceleration blade 5.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the grinding process.
