FIELD: antiadhesive inserts. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to insertions for manufacturing labels, embossed tapes, protective antiadhesive coatings for floor dalles and wall coatings, separating paper for multilayer plastics formed under low pressure, separating materials for plastics of self-compressed roofings, for bakery trays, etc. Surface of basis is covered with adhesive coating composed of a powder component and a mixture of solidified siloxane polymer obtained from at least one vinyladdition siloxane polymer, at least one silane mixing agent and a VIII group metal (catalyst, advantageously platinum). Amount of solidified polymer is 5-8-% based on weight of coating. Said powder component is a polymer selected from the group including acrylic resin, ethylenvinyl-acetate resin, methacrylic resin, natural rubber, polystyrene, styrene-acrylonitrilic resin, styrene-butadiene resin, styrene-isoprene resin, polychloroprene, and their mixtures. Polymers have vitrification temperature from -125 to 100 C and number-average molecular weight which more than two times exceeds that of cross-linked polymer. Coating is applied in the form of aqueous emulsion. Covered basis is heated to remove water and system is solidified. Coating weight is 1-10 g/sc.m. The basis is preferably extra-strong, news, chalk overlay, pulp, return fiber, glazing, or glossed paper whose weight is 12-13 g per one stack. Coated basis is joined with pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and face layer to produce lamellar material. EFFECT: improved consumer's quality. 23 cl, 9 tbl
