FIELD: transport engineering; provision of full or partial stopping of propelling unit. SUBSTANCE: control system has hydraulic distributing device coupled with brake boosters and mechanically coupled with steering and braking member and pressure source. Hydraulic distributing device is made in form of three two-position three-line hydraulic distributors. First lines of hydraulic distributors communicate with pressure source. Second line of hydraulic distributor connected with brake control member communicates with third lines of two other hydraulic distributors. Third line communicates with drain line, and second lines of hydraulic distributors connected with steering member communicate with respective boosters of brake.
