FIELD: pneumatics and automatics. SUBSTANCE: valve has housing mounted on a pipe line. The passageway provided in the housing receives a movable seat with a seal and rotatable ball plug with pivots. In addition the valve has air-operated cylinder the rod of which kinematically coupled with the ball plug through a rotatable lever. The spaces are in communication with an air main line through an air-operated amplifier provided with an electropneumatic control relay. The housing has a cantilever whereto the air-operated cylinder is pivotally connected. The rotatable lever is made up as a crank pivotally connected with the rod of the air-operated cylinder and rigidly connected with one of the pivots of the rotatable ball plug. The plug has a beveled chamfering parallel to the axis of the pivots and inclined to the axis of the passageway of the housing. The housing is provided with a side blowing branch pipe positioned in the zone of the chamfering of the rotatable ball plug and connected with the air main line.
