FIELD: pipe-line transport. SUBSTANCE: electric pneumatic control unit is intended to control valves, predominantly, to control pneumatic hydraulic drives of ball cocks in main gas lines. Proposed control unit has electromagnets and hermetically sealed reed relays in blast- proof jackets and pneumatic valves located on panel with conduits supplying working fluid. Gas of main gas line can be used in the capacity of working fluid. Blast-proof jacket is made of nonmagnetic material. Permanent magnets are placed on ends of rotary levers whose axles are installed in blast-proof jacket. Rotary shaft is fitted with rocker which acts on levers in points situated closer to axles with turn of shaft. Electromagnets are switched on from remote control station and are switched off with the aid of hermetically sealed reed relays after they come under action of permanent magnets on complete turn of ball in cock to positions OPEN-CLOSED. Unit can be controlled manually by pressing on levers of pneumatic valves. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of control. 5 dwg
