FIELD: heat exchanger systems; external combustion engines; generator of electric energy. SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger has chamber inside which tube for passage of working medium is rigidly and coaxially secured and converging lenses are mounted outside the chamber along tube over entire length of it at focal distance from its surface. Lenses are provided with mechanism for their rotation which is provided with Sun tracking system which is also used for tracking the center of each lens and its focus on reference straight line perpendicular to tangent at point of location of focus on surface of tube. Chamber is mounted for rotation by elevation angle to ensure perpendicularity of above-mentioned reference straight line to generatrix of cylindrical surface of tube depending on Sun position all year round. Cylindrical wall of chamber is made from transparent material, glass for example and is filled with inert gas. Tube is made from refractory metal. Rod from refractory metal and provided with helical thread whose depth nearly reaches the axis of rod is mounted inside tube to increase heat transfer surface. This rod is in contact with tube over entire length of its surface. Covers and branch pipes are made from heat-insulating material withstanding temperature of up to 2000 C.
