SUBSTANCE: in the stage of joint grinding and mixing ground waste of burnt and graphitized material is additionally introduced into the mix at the following relation of components, percent by mass: ground waste of burnt material - 1 to 16; ground waste of graphitized material - 1 to 16; carbon aerogel - 2 to 20; commercial carbon - 2 to 20; graphite - 3 to 6; coke - 6 to 32; binder - the rest.
