FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: voltage regulator has master switch 6 connected to first taps of transformer 2 primary windings to put on feeding voltage of carrier frequency and zero phase of generator 5. Digital signal deviation at any logic units 4 inputs changes carrier frequency phase at corresponding terminal of switch 1 to opposite one. The same is at transformer 2 secondary output and it changes summary putting on power input of demodulator 3. Output voltage polarity is controlled by signal putting on demodulator 3 control input. Proposed lay out of voltage regulator provides voltage regulation operating range widening to lower frequencies right up to steady-state voltage without efficiency diminishing with same overall dimensions. EFFECT: wider operation range of voltage and frequency changing. 1 dwg
