FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: grain-and-forage harvester has header with inclined chamber, threshing- and-shredding mechanism with drum and reversible drive adjustable in speed, lattice-type concave and housing with inlet and outlet holes. Harvester has intensifier-meter installed at inlet of threshing-and-shredding mechanism which intensifies threshing of cereal ear crop and shredding of forage stalky crop. Intensifier-meter is made in form of one or several pairs of rolls arranged one over the other. Lower roll is spring-loaded, riffled, with drive adjustable in speed. Riffled form herringbone with apex in center of roll in direction of its rotation changing into sections parallel to axis of rotation of roll.
