FIELD: medicine, medicinal technique. SUBSTANCE: end piece contains a body, a head, a fixator as spring-controlled push button with working conical surface and tool stem holder, a drive. Holder is made as at least two turning plates with projections the ends of which interacts with conical surface of spring-controlled push button and are connected by plate-type spring. Each plate has rotation axes which are diametric to the hole for given tool. Longitudinal hole of toothed wheel has a protrusion receiving tool torques. EFFECT: higher efficiency at conducting stomatologic therapeutic and orthopedic operations. 3 dwg
