FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cross-piece with through openings in its end parts, two curved tubular members made from rigid material, two loading members formed as curved resilient tie-rods and handle, which may be gripped by hand. Each resilient tie-rod is disposed within respective tubular member and coupled with cross-piece through removable joint. Handle is removably mounted on cross-piece and has profile of longitudinal section curved at different angles with respect to cross-piece axis.
