SUBSTANCE: strength training device includes: stands with holes for fixing of consoles with pulleys, which may be shifted along the stands; flexible tractions with handles, length of the tractions may be changed; athletic bench; load units, representing complete loads pack. The device has crossbar with threaded openings and bolts on its ends; the bench consists of some parts; load units have frames; the stands are equipped with base plates below frames of load units, with base plates mechanisms to shift them relative to the stands; the consoles are collapsible and equipped with L-shaped grips that have threaded ends and nuts for joining to the crossbar; the latter is equipped with two catchers for joining to the stands; parts of the athletic bench are hollow and have box-like section, they may be transformed into: lower legs support, storage container for the training device parts, or stool; load units may be used both for weight bar, and in cable-pulley system.

EFFECT: reduced time for weight changing, increased exercise safety, vibration platform effect.
