FIELD: method and apparatus for radiation-chemical treatment of liquids used to trigger electrons beam emission in two-phased liquid-gas mediums with thickness of layers in direction of electrons beam spreading exceeding electrons path length. SUBSTANCE: liquid passing upward through reaction chamber, that has a number of gas distributing lattices located in series in height, is saturated with gas. Speed of gas bubbles movement in respect to liquid is kept close to zero. At reaction chamber outlet system of distributing lattices forms meeting streams of liquid, that are effectively mixed in zone of radiation. EFFECT: increased effectiveness of radiation-chemical reaction, created homogeneity of absorbed dose over the whole volume of liquid. 3 cl, 1 dwg
