FIELD: liquid medium thermal treatment equipment in fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with liquid supply device, which is provided with basic liquid medium supply branch pipe and treated liquid medium discharge branch pipe, liquid medium spiral channel, heating unit and central tube positioned in housing and provided with rodlike member introduced into tube. Closed shell is positioned coaxially to central tube so that cavity is defined between shell and tube to receive spiral channel. Height of shell exceeds that of housing. Heating unit is defined by central tube and steam supply and discharge branch pipes. Branch pipe for communicating housing cavity with evacuator and splitting baffle are mounted within housing, with baffle being positioned in front of evacuator.
