SUBSTANCE: device has rotor 1 with shaft 2, stator 3, which is mounted in housing 4 which has bearing side shields 5 and 6 which have respectively slot 7 for mechanic rest for shaft 2, and through guiding bearing sleeve 8 for operating end of electric motor shaft. Magnetic bearings of electric motor are designed as pair of magnetically hard cone-shaped rotors 9 and 10 which are located on electric motor shaft 2 in symmetry and pair of magnetically hard stators which are located in coaxial to cone-shaped rotors and are designed as cylinders with cone recess.
