FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: multidigit semiconductor indicator is intended for use in electronic systems with an alphanumeric data display. The instrument is based on a holder with a layout system; crystals of light radiators are installed on the layout system. Secured on the holder are separate light conduits for each alphanumeric character with through optical ducts that form luminous segments. Contrast- forming coating is applied onto the face side of the light conduits, and a light-diffusing film with an adhesive layer is secured on it. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
