FIELD: electronic equipment, in particular, semiconductors. SUBSTANCE: device has metal-glass holder which has metal substrate which are connected to terminals, one of which is insulated from substrate by glass insulator. In addition device has light-emitting crystal which is mounted on holder and is connected by means of conductor to insulated connecting terminal. In addition device has cap with light-converging lens and base. Cap is designed as half-spherical lens with cylindrical base. Depth of lens base is less than lens radius. Lower edge of cap base carries directing rods which are located according positional holes in substrate which depth is equal to or is greater than four crystal depth. Substrate has recess which shape is cone frustum which surface reflects light. Flat surface of cone frustum has mounting surface for light-emitting crystal in depth of at least two crystal depths. Diameter of mounting surface is greater than size of diagonal of lower crystal edge but is less than one and a half of this size. Volume between lower cap base and upper surface of substrate is filled with sealing compound. Connection of conductor to insulated connecting terminal is covered with layer of current-conducting glue. EFFECT: increased output light, possibility to alter angle of aspect. 2 dwg
