FIELD: agriculture; food industry. SUBSTANCE: grinder has hopper, auger chamber accommodating auger and cutting mechanism, riffled rolls arranged in one plane connected with common drive and provided with adjustable inter-roll clearance. According to invention, hopper has intake funnel with cone-agitator installed coaxially with hopper and mechanically coupled with common drive. Depth of grooves of each roll is 1-4 mm, diameter of roll is 110-130 mm. Rotation speed of rolls, cone-agitator and auger are, respectively, 100-800 min^-1,, 40-60 min^-1, and 80-100 min^-1.
