FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of a heat-shrink film production includes the supply of granules of unimodal high pressure polyethylene, a unimodal low pressure polyethylene material into a loading bunker of an extruder for mechanical mixing; melting the granules and homogenisation of the melt in the extruder with its following pneumatic stretching; formation of a cloth in the forming head; cooling the film on rollers; cutting thickened edges; orientation of the film, winding in a roll and packing of the film, the granules of unimodal linear low density and high pressure polyethylene are introduced in he composition of the raw material with the following component ratio, wt %: unimodal HPPE 60%; unimodal LPPE 15%: unimodal LLDPE 25%, and the extrusion is carried out at a rate higher than 20-22 m/min.
EFFECT: optimal value of physical-mechanical parameters and an increased strength of the heat-shrink film, extension of its application field.
