PROCESSING LINE FOR PRODUCING MIXED FEED FROM HIGHLY PROCESSED COMPONENTS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: processing line has thermodynamic processing member with thermomechanical bruising devices for each kind of cereal. Each bruising device is made in the form of inner bruising shell with heating member. Shell is mounted in heat-insulated relation on drive shaft and cantilevered bruising roller is mounted within shell. Bruising roller bearing body is fixed on frame by spring. Frame has gap adjusting mechanism. Each bruising device has feeding funnel connected to dosage meter for respective cereal and suction branch pipe connected to single pipeline system for all components and to suction branch pipe of ventilation unit, whose working wheel and guiding device serve as grinding-mixing device. Ventilation unit diffuser is connected with feeding branch pipe of cyclone whose discharge cone serves accumulating vessel for ground combined feed. Such construction of processing line provides intensive processing of cereals, production of components well assimilated by animals and preparing, on the base of these components, of combined feed with improved contents free of hazardous biological subjects.
