HEAT-REFLECTING OUTFIT Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: protection of human organism from elevated temperatures and heat radiation during mine rescue operations. SUBSTANCE: heat-reflecting outfit has heat-reflecting single-breasted jacket with button type fasteners and Velcro fastener. Lower edge and sleeves of jacket are tightened by rubber cord. Jacket may be put on over respirator. Outfit is further provided with vest having button fasteners and Velcro fastener. Pockets for cooling members are fixed outside vest, lining from urethane foam is laid at inner side of vest. EFFECT: increased efficiency, convenient usage and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
