SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of rescuers in the sphere of emergency situations, in particular, for equipment of rescuers during performance of emergency salvage operations under conditions of natural and anthropogenic emergencies causing damage of objects, and also in seismic-hazardous conditions. The result is achieved by the fact that in the clothes of rescuers acting under emergency seismic-hazardous conditions, comprising a protective jacket against mechanical impact, a jump suit, a vest, a helmet and shoes, at the same time the protective jacket has a central board clasp in the front as a zipper, closed with a wind protection flap on buttons, side and vertical zipped slot pockets, an add-on volume pocket for the radio and a zipped slot pocket on the shoulder yoke at the left and right respectively, on the right sleeve there is a slot pocket with a valve, and on the back of the jacket there is the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA", besides, at the bottom of the jacket it is tightened with a string with fixators, the bottom of the sleeves is processed with a collar tightened with an elastic tape and a strap with a textile clasp, and a set-in hood removed into the pocket on the collar has adjustment along the face cut with the help of an elastic string, and along the breast line, at the bottom of the jacket, at the front and on the back, and also at the bottom of the sleeves there are light-reflecting strips fixed, at the same time there is a detachable warmer that is attached to the boards of the boards of the jacket as zipped, and at the front the lower add-on pockets and the jersey collar, and the jump suit has a zipper clasp closed with a buttoned flap, as well as set-in shoulder straps, the free ends of which are fixed to the front upper part by clamping locks, at the same time below the waist line of the jump suit there are side slot zipped pockets, and at the level of the breast line to the right there is a zipped slot pocket, in the area of the knee - side slot pockets with a textile clasp, and also to the right a pocket for a knife, along the waist line there are five belt loops, the area of knees and the seating area are reinforced with add-ons, the bottom of the jump-suit has zipped clasps and cords with a fixator covering shoes, which is made as vibration protective, and below the area of knees there are light-reflecting strips, besides, the detachable warmer attached to the jump suit with buttons has a zipped clasp, a casing with a cord along the waist line, jersey liners and footstraps, and the vest is made as whole cut with fixation to a textile clasp and has a light-reflecting strip at the bottom, on the back of the vest there is the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA", and the helmet of "Cromwell ER1" type is made of thermoplastic - high-temperature-resistant, and a visor and glasses - from polycarbonate. The protective jacket is made with a protective shell, made of fabric lining, connections with protective shells, and in the fabric lining there are elastic frame stands by means of fixators on the belt, and protective shells are fixed on elastic frame stands, the protective shell is made as three-layer, besides, the first layer facing towards the environment of the operator is made in the form of joined rings, the material of which is stainless steel, the third layer facing the operator body is made of the perforated polymer material, for instance, aramid fibre, and the second layer arranged between them, is made as elastic from elastic net elements, at the same time density of the net structure of elastic net elements is in the optimal range of values of 1.2 g/cm3…2.0 g/cm3, besides, the material of the wire of elastic net elements is steel of grade EI-708, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm…0.15 mm.
