FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: overalls of rescuers operating in conditions of electromagnetic radiation include the protective jacket protection from mechanical impact, semi-overalls, the vest and the rescuer's helmet. The protective jacket has in front the central breast zip fastener covered by the wind-shelter lap with press fasteners, lateral and vertical slash pockets with zip fasteners, the patch volume pocket for handheld transceiver and the slash pocket with zip fastener on the shoulder yoke from the left and from the right respectively, the right sleeve has a slash pocket with the lap, and the jacket back has the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA", and the semi-overalls have the zip fastener covered with the lap with press fasteners, and also stitched shoulder straps the free ends which are fastened to the front top part with cupfer locks. Below the semi-overalls waistline the side slash pockets with zip fastener are located, at the breast line level, on the right, the slash pocket with zip fastener is located, on the knee - the side slash pockets with textile fastener are located, and also, on the right, - the pocket for knife is located, along the waistline five belt loops are located, the area of knees and sitting area are strengthened by slips, the bottom of overalls has pufts with zip fasteners and cords with the clamp covering boots, and below the area of knees the retroreflector strips are sewn. The removable heater warmer which is fastened to semi-overalls from above on press fasteners has a zip fastener, the self-belt with cord along the waistline, knitted ribbed pieces and straps, the vest is made as integral sewn with textile fasteners and the retroreflector strip from below, the vest back has the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA", the helmet of the type "Cromwell ER1" is fabricated from of high-temperature resistant thermoplastic , and the vizor and glasses from polycarbonate, the protective jacket is made with the protective shell and consists of fabric lining, connections with protective shells, elastic frame studs are fixed by means of clamps on the belt in the fabric lining, and protective shells are fastened on elastic frame studs, the protective shell is implemented with three layers. The first layer facing towards the operator environment is implemented in the form of the rings connected among themselves, the material is stainless steel, the third layer facing towards the operator's body, is made of the punched polymeric material, for example aramide fibre, and the second layer located between them is made of composite material for absorption of electromagnetic waves on the basis of magnetodielectric material containing polymeric dielectric binder and magnetodielectric fine filler. The polymeric dielectric binder is polyorganosiloxane oligomer with the additive of catalyst that is the product based on gamma aminopropyl triethoxysilane, and the magnetodielectric fine filler is made from iron-aluminium alloy at the ratio (87.5÷88.5):(12.5÷11.5), wt % respectively, at the following ratio of initial components in composite material, wt %: polyorganosiloxane oligomer 33.5÷40.0; catalyst 1.5÷2.0; magnetodielectric fine filler 65÷58. According to the invention in the overalls the first layers of the protective suit of the rescuer and the protective vest facing towards the operator environment are processed by foamy multifunctional composition for decontamination, disinfection, disinsection, deactivation and shielding of surfaces, volumes and objects from hazardous agents and substances by the foam where the liquid phase of foam is the solution of clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide as active ingredient amounting from 0.1 to 5 wt %, and the clathrate didecyl dimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium chloride with carbamide and/or clathrate of didecyl dimethylammonium bromide with carbamide is used, and the second layer is made of the material absorbing radioactive radiation with the absorption coefficient corresponding to the rate of dose of ionizing radiation, the material absorbing radioactive radiation is the material, which contains the filler with lead oxides (oxide of lead II, IY) and the binder - polyvinylbutyral, ethyl acetate, di-(alkyl polyethylene glycol) ether of phosphoric acid with the formula where n = 6, R - alkyl residue containing 8-10 atoms of carbon, and ethyl cellulose at the following ratio of components, wt %: oxide of lead II, IY 30.6-56.8; polyvinylbutyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkyl polyethylene glycol ether of phosphoric acid) 0.2-0.4; ethyl cellulose - the rest. The new composition of the binder in the offered invention provides full compatibility with oxides of lead and allows to produce materials with high lead equivalent and degree of flexibility which has good adhesion to metals, to concrete, brick, also the material is the high-concentrated suspension which quickly hardens in air, and the material viscosity is 20÷70 Pa·s that allows to cast from it films of various thickness by die or extruder, to apply on a surface with brush, splashing, fill in various cavities, cracks and channels.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of protection of the rescuer in emergency conditions by processing of the equipment layer facing towards environment, foamy multifunctional composition from hazardous reagents and substances.
