FIELD: medicine, in particular, surgery. SUBSTANCE: reflection factor of laser beam with a wavelength of 0.89 um reflected from the skin surface in different areas of body skin is determined with the aid of a laser biophotometer at the very edge of the wound and on the symmetric side or at a distance of 6 cm from the traumatized area. In case the difference in indications of the biophotometer equals 6 and more an inflammatory hazard in the area of injured tissues is diagnosed, which indicates the necessity of antiinflammatory treatment. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
