Tissular echogenicity nature is determined of wound area is determined with a scanner device and width of the hypoechogenic area is measured. The value being equal to or greater than 13 mm, microbial inflammation is to be predicted. The width being less than 13 mm or hyperechogenic zone being detected, non-microbial course of wound healing process is to be predicted during the postoperative period.
