FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: solution has cellulose derivatives: alkyl-derivatives or carboxyalkyl-derivatives, or hydroxyalkyl-derivatives at globule size 0.2-0.4 mcm, glycosamine glycans and ascorbic acid taken at the definite ratios with addition of sodium chloride, salts of mono- or disubstituted sodium and water. The proposed solution is used for prophylaxis and treatment of cornea sickness. EFFECT: cell mitosis stimulation at endothelium damage.
