FIELD: mechanical engineering; trackless vehicles; bicycles. SUBSTANCE: device is operated by key and is mounted on fork of bicycle. Arrangement of locking lever across wheel chokes when device is set into protection state provides protection against theft. Demounting of device and elimination of locking effect is impossible as there is no access to screws holding bracket and locking lever, getting of limiting projection on housing into slot in bracket and provision of limiting bushing between housing attachment nut and control lever.
