Support 7 is fastened on housing 2. Lever 10 is fitted in slots of support for turning around axis parallel to axis of housing 1 and fork 11 enclosing heating unit. Lever 10 and form 11 are interconnected for rotary and translational movement. One arm of lever 10 is provided with plate 15 to separate material of hose 8 stuck to insulating gaskets 5.
