PRODUCT PACKING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: packing equipment used on food, chemical and other industries, particularly for forming bags having flat bottoms, filling them with product.

SUBSTANCE: device has filling tube 1 and stretchers 2 for expanding sleeves 3 of packing materials arranged under filling tube 1. Welding members 4, 5 are located under stretchers 2 and may reciprocate in horizontal plane one towards another. Installed at welding member 4, 5 ends are bag side walls formers. Each former includes two similarly sized levers hinged one to another by the first ends thereof and to one welding member 4 or 5 by the second end.

EFFECT: simplified structure due to elimination of drive for former operation.
