FIELD: packing facilities; vertical type packing machines with cross seam forming device feeding thermally glueing packing material in reciprocating upwards-downwards manner. SUBSTANCE: device has welding head 12 and pressure head 13 providing drawing of packing material and sealing of bag, at least two mirror-like levers 4 installed for rotation of catching arms 5 in direction of ready bag 2. Heads 12 and 13 have stops 14 engaging with pressure arms 7 of levers 4. Return of levers 4 in initial position can be provided by resilient member 11.
