FIELD: materials handling; lifting of long-cut-structure in confined spaces; possibility of lifting the structures consisting of several butt-joined parts. SUBSTANCE: device has two uprights 1 installed on foundation 2 so that structure to be lifted can be placed inbetween. Structure is provided with trunnions. Upright 1 have longitudinal slot pointed to side of longitudinal plane of symmetry of lifting device. Upper end faces of uprights are connected by ring member 5. Movable columns are installed in uprights. Columns are furnished with spring-loaded hinged stops engaging with trunnions of lifted structure. spring-loaded hinged supports corresponding to hinged stops and engaging with trunnions of structure are mounted on outer surfaces of uprights. Hinged stops and supports are installed on columns and uprights in pairs in tiers with equal pitch. Base of each movable column is connected with rod of column lifting hydraulic cylinder. Housings of hydraulic cylinders are installed inside uprights for limited longitudinal displacement and are provided with support members engaging with foundation.
