FIELD: microbiological industry, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to citric acid preparing at fungus Aspergillus niger culturing. Molasses is prepared for fermentation by sorption treatment on clinoptilolite. After 24-36 h of cultivation onset pH value of medium is decreased to 2.5-3.0 by feeding acidic titrants to medium. At the second stage citric acid secretion is induced by feeding permeabilizing reagents to medium at concentrations 0.001-0.01%. Product can be used in food industry, medicine, pharmacology. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 1 dwg
