FIELD: microbiological industry, plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of an activating agent to medium composition used for microorganisms or plant cells culturing. Activating agent is a mixture of three chemical compound regarding to the group of arylacetic acid ammonium salts of the general formula: C₆H₄R₁•R₂C₂H₂O₂•NH•C₆H₁₅O₃ where: R₁ - H, Cl, CH₃; R₂ - -O-, -S-, SO₂ taken at ratio = (1-10):(1-10):(1-10) at total mixture amount 1.0 x 10^-10 - 1.0 x 10^-1 g as measured per 1 g biomass treated with substances. The indicated activating agent can be used for soil or plants treatment at plant vegetation process. EFFECT: improved method of activation.
