FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention is related specifically to stands testing machines for action of alternating loads and can be used to test elements of helicopter. Additional hydraulic cylinder 4 provides for dynamic load on tested sample 1 and hydraulic cylinder 3 - for static load. In this case generators 10 and 12 connected via adders 9 and 11 and electrohydraulic converters 7 and 9 to hydraulic cylinders 4 and 3 provided correspondingly for zero pressure difference in spaces of hydraulic cylinder 4 under static loading and in spaces of hydraulic cylinder 3 - under dynamic loading excluding effect of static loading on dynamic one. EFFECT: increased precision of dynamic loading and decreased power consumption. 3 cl, 1 dwg
