SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of test equipment, namely to electrohydraulic servo drives of shakers, and can be used in the creation and modernization of stands intended for testing products and structures of all possible applications for vibration and vibration resistance in an extended frequency range. Method for controlling the electrohydraulic servo drive of the shaker is that the corresponding inputs of controller 1, one of the outputs of which is connected to the control input of electrohydraulic amplifier 3, the electric input signal from device 5 for setting the kinematic parameters of the motion of the output link of hydraulic cylinder 4, with which table 12 of the vibration table is connected, a signal from sensor 20 of the monitored parameter (coordinate or speed) of the output link, pressure sensors 21, …, 24, connected to the channels of amplifier 3. Before the start of vibration tests, based on the specified kinematic parameters of the output of the hydraulic cylinder, the working stroke of the output link is calculated as the difference between the calculated maximum and minimum values of its coordinates during the vibration test and one of the covers of the hydraulic cylinder is moved in its axial direction to a position that is relative to the other cover at a distance, equal to the minimum allowable reserve value of the calculated working stroke of the output link of the hydraulic cylinder, folded with the length of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, and the output link of the hydraulic cylinder is moved to a position determined from the condition of ensuring, during the vibration test, the equality of the minimum design distance between the piston of the hydraulic cylinder and each of the covers half of the minimum allowable predetermined margin along the working stroke of the output link of the hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: improved dynamic characteristics of the electrohydraulic servo drive of the shaker.
