SUBSTANCE: method involves microcutting of in vitro plants with node and leaf; planting microcuttings in test tubes in nutrient medium; exposing microcuttings to electromagnetic radiation, with microcuttings being spaced from radiation source by distance of 20-60 cm in parallel with or perpendicular to it in one or two rows and with 5-14 test tubes in each row.
