SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology. The invention is a method of micropropagation of chrysanthemum, including micro-grafting of plant shoots, sterilisation of plant explants with their subsequent planting on hormone-free culture Murashige and Skoog medium, propagation of micro-clones, rooting of the newly formed shoots in vitro and adaptation of regenerated plants to soil conditions, where at the step of sterilisation of plant explants the micro-grafts are treated with aqueous solution of neutral anolyte treated cathodically at a concentration of 0.03% within 10 minutes, without subsequent rinsing with sterile distilled water, at the step of micropropagation the micro-grafts are treated with catholyte solution within 3 minutes, at the step of adaptation the soil substrate is treated with an aqueous solution of neutral anolyte treated cathodically at a concentration of 0.03%, and the microplants are treated catholyte solution for 10 minutes.

EFFECT: method enables to improve the efficiency of micropropagation of plants of chrysanthemum: to increase the yield of sterile and viable explants by 90-100%, to improve the vital signs of regenerated plants (1,3 times number and length of roots, 1,5 times the length of shoots), and to improve survival rate of microplants to soil conditions.
