FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant multiplication method. SUBSTANCE: method involves planting explant dismembered under aseptic conditions into sterile nutrient medium in test tube; carrying out cultivation for 65-75 min under the action of electromagnetic microwave field at frequency of 37.5 GHz and intensity of 20 mW and simultaneously exposing to narrow-band laser beam. Such method allows regenerative capacity of meristems to be increased by 5.5 times. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 4 tbl
